Online Application for Legal Assistance

Online Application for Legal Assistance

To apply for free legal services, or to refer someone else for services, scroll down and click on the correct application.  Concerned for your safety? Click here to read more about computer safety.

Legal Advice & Referral Center will assess your application and call you to complete the screening, contact you by email or regular mail if we determine that we cannot provide additional assistance, or refer your file to New Hampshire Legal Assistance for further assessment.

Most people will receive legal advice over the telephone to help them handle their own legal matter.

Completing an on-line application does not guarantee that you will receive legal assistance.  Financial eligibility requirements, program priorities, available resources and our ability to reach you will be some of the factors that determine whether or not New Hampshire's Legal Services programs can provide you with legal assistance.
