LARC provides advice and counsel only over the telephone to low income people who do not have an attorney to represent them. In a limited number of cases LARC can refer a client to other programs that provide more assistance, or even an attorney to represent them. Before providing you with any assistance we will need to speak with you on the telephone to verify your eligibility for services. We will then gather more information about your situation. Then we will be able to determine what services might be available for you. Thank you.
Only provide an email address if you are the only person who has access to it.
Please enter the name of the person applying for legal services.
Please provide us several dates and times between 9am – 4pm, Monday – Friday , that you will be available for us to call you.
(family member, service provider, etc.)
If you are in fear for your safety, this on-line application is not suitable to address your immediate needs. Please call 911 if this is an emergency, or call the Statewide Domestic Violence Hotline for immediate support: 1-866-644-3574.
Non-citizens may still be eligible for services, but we might need more information about your status. No information we gather is shared outside of the legal services agencies without your permission.
